By accessing or using MileSnap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service. By creating an account via email or Google OAuth, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

2. Account Registration

To use MileSnap, you must create an account by:

• Providing a valid email address and completing email verification, or
• Signing up through Google OAuth using your Google account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3. Payment and Refunds

MileSnap is offered as a one-time payment for lifetime access. By making a purchase:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method via Stripe
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Lifetime access means you can use the service as long as it operates
• You will receive all future updates at no additional cost

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (posts, images, text, metrics). By posting content, you grant us:

• A non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute your content
• The right to make your content publicly accessible via your profile URL

You are solely responsible for the content you post and must have the right to share it.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Use the service for spam, phishing, or malicious purposes
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access others' accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the service without permission
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Share your account credentials with third parties

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep MileSnap available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any service interruptions or data loss.

7. Third-Party Services

MileSnap integrates with third-party services:

• Stripe for payment processing - subject to Stripe's Terms of Service
• Google OAuth for authentication - subject to Google's Terms of Service
• Supabase for data storage and authentication

We are not responsible for the availability or actions of these third-party services.

8. Privacy

Your use of MileSnap is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

MileSnap, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may ask for your account to be deleted at any time, which will:

• Remove your public profile and content
• Delete your account data
• Revoke your access (no refunds for lifetime access)
• Automatically revoke Google OAuth permissions if applicable

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

MileSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements or be error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MileSnap. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
